The Oxford Presence Hoist is a heavy duty mobile hoist designed with the bariatric user in mind and capable of dealing with almost any transfer thanks to its clever design. Featuring an exceptional lift capacity of 227kg (35st) the hoist has an outstanding range of movement with a minimum height of just 440mm, permitting transfers off the floor, and extending right up to 1910mm if access to higher surfaces is required. The Oxford Presence Hoist has a user friendly handset that controls the gentle lifting action for a comfortable and safe transfer. The handset also powers the opening and closing of the hoist's unique ‘swan neck’ legs which allow better access to wide obstacles like chairs, wheelchairs or commodes. Well positioned castors and an oversized push handle allow the carer to move the hoist with ease during transfers, minimising the risk of injury. The Oxford Presence Hoist comes with a five year manufacturer's warranty as standard.
